The 2015 Sagittarius Full Moon “After-Party” – A Double Lunar Grand Trine and the Other Retrograde (Ceres)

So the big celebrity event of the astrological day yesterday, 2nd June 2015, was the Sagittarius Full Moon that was at its fullest phase at 9:19a PDT. In my previous post, I noted that the Sagittarius Moon was also a player in two lunar mutable t-square configurations leading up to the Moon’s maximum full phase – one at 3:28a PDT, and the other at 7:24a PDT. I mentioned that there were quite a few truths factual and emotional that would come to Light and need to be addressed during the course of the day & for a couple of days before and after.

What I didn’t mention in the Full Moon post is that the T-squares and the Full Moon were not the only big events of the day. There was a LOT of transit activity yesterday. I chose to focus on what I thought would be most significant when discussing the Full Moon, yet there was so much more.

Later, as the Sagittarius Full Moon made its second (post-maximum) appearance in the night sky last night, there were a few more astrological events of note. Continue reading

24 Hours of Self-Awareness: Juno-Jupiter Conjunction, Taurus New Moon, & Mercury Retrograde in Gemini

Quite a bit is happening within a 24-hour period 17th-18th May 2015 , so let’s take a look at what’s going on.

To start, Juno conjuncted Jupiter in Leo at 7:20p PDT on Sunday, 17th May. Felt for about three days prior and continuing to be felt for about three days post, there is an expanding of the collective commitment to creative self-expression. More and more people are beginning to consider their personal and individual ability to make their individual selves known and acknowledged. The call to be make one’s True self known openly to the world is becoming stronger, and more and more people are recognizing how they’ve made it easy or difficult for themselves to do so.

A big part of this revelation is recognizing it’s up to them to figure out how committed they are to creatively and brilliantly making their unique expression of Light known to the world. It’s no one else’s job to make their lives matter. Instead, how committed are they to making their own lives matter to the world? Continue reading

The 2015 Aries New Moon – To Wonder or To Know

We have a New Moon in Aries (28.42°) at 11:57p PDT today, Saturday, 18th April 2015. Aries’ energy is fiery initiative energy, so many of us will feel a deep desire (or intense pressure) to get something started not just today, but throughout the weekend into the first half of next week.

We are nearly complete with the 2015 Aries Sun period as this Aries New Moon arrives. The Aries Sun began making its presence known on 20th March, and on Monday, 20th April the Sun moves into the sign of Taurus.

There are no direct transits with this Sun-Moon conjunction in Aries that forms the New Moon. However, that isn’t to say there aren’t things happening. Continue reading

2015 Juno in Leo – Letting Your Brilliance Be Discovered

After experiencing and witnessing life in ways that have helped you clarify your unique self-expression while Juno was retrograde in Leo, it’s now time for you to step into your self-expressive power!

Juno in Leo turned to direct motion on 13th March 2015 at 12:41p PDT.  When it did, it not only gave each of us permission to shine our Light, it inspired us to commit to putting our brilliance on display.  We don’t get to hide anymore – not a single one of us.

That said, Juno Direct in Leo is a call for you to commit to the revelation of your unique contribution(s) to the world. It asks you to step into the spotlight of your life and make your presence known to others, but more than that, it asks you to commit to making your contribution in ways that let you know that you are known, acknowledged, and respected.

Of course, it may be easier said than done. Continue reading

A Yod of Mars, Pluto, Chiron Rx, and Juno – Acting on Beliefs, Ideals, and Emotions

Earlier this week, we discussed Mars conjunct Pluto in Capricorn’s assertive (if not, aggressive and forceful) efforts to get things done in powerful and transformative ways.  We also discussed their sextile transit with Chiron Retrograde in Pisces, and how this is an indicator that people and entities are likely to make an effort to heal any open emotional-spiritual wounds in ways that align with their ideals, believing that their ideals and beliefs  are in the best interests of everyone and All-That-Is.

Today, 12th November 2014, specifically the Mars-Chiron Retrograde sextile is exact at 4:37p PST.  You (or others around you) may feel it is necessary to take bold actions to assert emotional or spiritual beliefs and ideals.  You may also notice that these bold actions progress the intention of healing of long-held emotional or spiritual wounds, and that there may be a great deal of emotional investment in one’s spiritual beliefs revealed in the process.

Yet on this day, bold actions in the name of emotional-spiritual faith and healing are not all that is happening with this sextile.  In fact, this sextile is only a part of a bigger entity.  All three planets are in quincunx (or inconjunct) aspect with Juno in Leo today, forming a geometric configuration called a Yod. Juno in Leo – Acknowledging Promises Made and Broken

Juno is the planet of commitments of all kinds, not just marriage.  Therefore, with Juno now in Leo as of 2:08p PDT yesterday, 7th October 2014, you are committed to acknowledging and being acknowledged in whichever area(s) of your life are touched by Leo energy in your astrology chart as Juno passes through this bold, fixed-energy fire sign.

Juno in Leo may spark a commitment to whatever allows you or another to shine your unique expression of Light brilliantly into the world.  In this case of this 2014 Juno in Leo, you are inclined to make promises to whatever and whomever invests in and encourages your own inner Light to shine OR you may be committed to acknowledging whomever or whatever inspires you to shine.  Anyone and anything that inspires you and/or puts you in a position to be acknowledged and celebrated is something you may find yourself drawn to…or drawn into commitment with.

Yet some of you may not even (consciously) want to be acknowledged.  You may continue on, never considering that you have something special to share with others simply by being your True self.  Under the influence of Juno in Leo, others may put you in the spotlight just because they see the promise of your Light, they love your Light, and they want to encourage you to shine your Light and fulfill your potential and promise.  Your authenticity and integrity may be celebrated now.  People may be as committed to your brilliance as you are, and in some cases, they may possibly even more committed than you are to shining your Light into the world.
