Neptune Direct in Pisces – Sending Visions & Ideals Out Into The World

This latest round of Neptune  Retrograde in Pisces began on 9th June 2014, helping us see how the events and circumstances around us help us shape our dreams and goals and also helping us see where we may have been deluding ourselves with fantasy and/or idealism. It’s been an opportunity for us to give birth to new perspectives and visions of ourselves and our lives – what we want them to be or how we want them to become.

Now, as of 11:05p PST on Saturday 15th November 2014, Neptune in Pisces returns to direct motion.  Now we get to send our new or newly-adjusted visions and ideals out into the world, experiencing the presence of Neptune in our lives for all of its inspirational and idealistic glory.

Neptune in Pisces is the epitome of visionary energy.  It is a beacon of what is possible through Oneness and the collective power of All-That-Is.  The ideal that Neptune in Pisces speaks to is that everyone and everything is connected in some way – nothing and no one ever really stands alone as we are all interconnected in all ways always.  Neptune in Pisces direct is now helping all of us realize that truth, even if it seems overly idealistic in the face of what is happening in the world. Venus in Scorpio Trine Neptune Retrograde in Pisces – Dreams and Nightmares

SAMSUNG

Yesterday at 11:32p PDT , Venus in Scorpio made an exact trine aspect to Neptune Retrograde in Pisces.

Venus in Scorpio is pretty intense.  Partnerships are not shallow and are not taken lightly under this influence.  Connections run deep and don’t shy away from the darkness inside ourselves and our secrets and shadows that we hide in it.  For these one-on-one relationships to make the life-altering impressions they can make on us, the individuals involved must allow each other to go down into those darkest depths because that’s the only way they can truly know and trust each other.  After all, that’s ultimately what Scorpio is all about – vulnerability and trust.

Neptune is the ruler of Pisces, so it’s especially at home in this water sign of unconditional love and inspired vision.  This is the sign and planet of the dreamers and romantics, and the selfless servants and martyrs to world causes and religions.  This pair is also known for ignoring red flags and escaping pain with avoidance behaviors or through substances to avoid dealing with things altogether.  The retrograde motion means that this energy is happening on a more introspective or personal level – you are awakening to things from the outside in, assessing what is happening around you.  Therefore, you are witnessing the inspired romanticism that others bring to you and engage in around you, and you have an opportunity to be very attentive to how you respond to it as well as what it may make you aware of about yourself.

That said, when Venus in Scorpio and Neptune Retrograde in Pisces come together in trine aspect, it should be wonderful.  After all, trines are supposed to be good, right?

Yes, trines are considered positive aspects.  However, good in aspect theory doesn’t always mean good in actual practice.  Sometimes there can be too much of a good thing.  Other times, what may be good in the moment may not be so good later on.

For some, making such a profound and passionate emotional-spiritual connection with someone like the ones that are possible under a Venus-Neptune water trine is a dream come true.  This is the stuff of romance novels and “chick flicks”.  The depth and intensity of your connection doesn’t scare you – it excites you!  This could be that take your breath away romance that you’ve searched all your life for.

On the flip side, the depth of any connection made now could become a nightmare because it also gets behind and below any façades that may be in place.  It gets into your deep, dark, and dirty and has the potential to reveal it.  It can bring Light to your shadows, burrow into those holes that you keep your tightly-kept secrets hidden, and uncover your most terrifying demons.  This is the flip side of intimacy – the part that reminds you that part of making a powerfully honest connection with a partner requires letting your guard down and trusting them with not only the most beautiful parts of you but also the least beautiful parts of you.

That said, if you want to connect with someone in a profound and life-altering way, if you’re ready to come clean and let someone know ALL of who you really are – inside and out – this is the time.  After all, this is a trine aspect.  There’s a chance that they’ll still love you afterward.

That said, they may love you in the moment.  But as time goes by, the demons that cannot be overcome could destroy the relationship.  Through this process, you may find that your partner’s demons are too much for you, or you may find that your demons are too much for your partner.

But one thing to note about this aspect is that it is happening under a Virgo Sun – there is an energy of healing and restoration in the air that brings forth a desire to heal, restore, and renew each other in transformative ways during this Venus-Neptune trine.  Therefore, you may find that by revealing yourselves completely to each other, you are able to help each other move through darkness to Light and healing much more quickly and effectively than either of you could alone.

Just remember that things can be very passionate and powerful right now under Venus in Scorpio trine Neptune Retrograde in Pisces.  Use this trine effectively, wisely, and carefully in your partnerships of all kinds.  The effects of this trine aspect can be felt Wednesday September 11, 2013 through Monday, September 16th.

Venus in Virgo opposite Neptune Retrograde in Pisces – Practical Magic

Ah, Neptune in Pisces – so dreamy, magical, romantic…and delusional.  This is the stuff magic and dreams are made of, and with Neptune in retrograde motion, we have the opportunity to take a really good look at how we can take ourselves willingly into a fantasyland.

But don’t despair!  You don’t have to do this internal exploration of your vivid imagination alone.  That’s where Venus in Virgo comes in!

Venus in Virgo brings our one-on-one relationships of all kinds into the mix.  Your counterparts in these relationships help you keep your feet on the ground, or at least help you get your feet back on it if you’ve already gone floating into the rose-colored ether.

Your relationships help mirror you, reflecting both your own beliefs and behaviors and/or awakening you to what you do or don’t want for your own life experience.  These revelations focus and inspire the next steps on your life journey, and with Venus in Virgo, they do this in very practical, efficient, and effective ways.

This isn’t to say the Neptune Retrograde in Pisces is rendered useless.  In fact, it’s anything but that.  Neptune is actually strengthened by this opposition in that you get to have your dreamy vision, yet you also get to create a real plan and take real steps to move it forward into manifestation.  By taking steps in experiential reality to make your dreams an actual reality, your dreams won’t get the better of you.

This Venus-Neptune opposition was exact yesterday, July 26th, 2013 at 5:08a.  However, it will still have influence well through the “Star” configuration on Monday, July 29th.  Therefore, it may be to your advantage to reflect upon the last few days to see where you tend to delude yourself in your life and who or what keeps you in check.  Identify the people you can count on to help you keep your “pie in the sky” from becoming “pie in your face”.

This is the practical magic of Venus in Virgo opposite Neptune Retrograde in Pisces.  Make the most of it over these next few days to bring your dreams into manifest reality.

Water Grand Trine of Sun in Cancer, Saturn in Scorpio, and Neptune in Pisces – Taking Off Your Rose-Colored Glasses

There are three Water Grand Trine configurations during this 2013 Cancer Sun cycle!  This collection and combination of transits and the planets involved make these Grand Trine transits a pretty big deal.

Let’s discuss.

To start, the common thread of all three of these 2013 Cancer Sun Cycle Water Grand Trines is the Saturn in Scorpio-Neptune in Pisces trine.

Saturn is in the sign of Scorpio.  In this sign, Saturn is establishing transformation and evolution as the new structure for our collective experience, asking us to accept that depth and substance is being established as our new structure for living.  It calls upon us to focus on the deeper depths of who we are and what we are doing to accomplish our goals in this world.

Under the influence of Saturn in Scorpio, there is no longer a place for superficial small talk or polite façades in our efforts to achieve our goals or manifest our desired results.  If we want to establish what we say we want to establish in our world, we must get real with ourselves and each other on a very deep and profound level.

Saturn in Scorpio (currently in retrograde motion) asks us to go within yourself and to dig below the surface to get to the deepest and darkest truths of who you are and why you do what you do, somehow understanding that when you explore our darkest depths, you are blessed with access to your brightest expression of Divine Light.   Due to the retrograde of Saturn  at this time, you get the luxury of experiencing this exploration from the inside out – recognizing from within yourself the changes that need to occur in your life on the outside.  This is a much easier process that the way those lessons could come to you otherwise.

Neptune is traveling (also currently in retrograde motion) its home sign of Pisces – inspired and visionary, and also artistic, creative, and imaginative.  It calls upon recognize and access our collective Oneness, which gives awakening to both our spirituality and artistry, allowing us to honor and take steps to bring our visions into the reality of our lives.

However, Neptune in Pisces may also bring an extra dose of idealism, so fantasy and delusion are also highlighted now, especially if you have planets in your natal or progressed charts that are in conjunction or trine aspect with these.  It is important not to let your head be so high up in the clouds that you lose contact with a grounded reality.

This is why it’s good that Neptune is trine with such an intense Saturn right now – these two will help keep each other in check.  Neptune allows you to follow your dreams, yet Saturn holds you accountable and responsible for the emotional reality of your life – responsibility and accountability which, in their lacking, may actually be keeping those dreams from becoming your tangible and experiential reality.

This first of three 2013 Cancer Sun Cycle Water Grand Trines includes the Sun in Cancer, which trined Saturn at 2:12a PDT on Wednesday, June 26th, then trined Neptune at 10:48a PDT later that same morning. When combined with Saturn and Neptune, the Sun brings Light to whatever has been hidden from view in matters regarding the manifestation of your dreams.  That means that whatever has been hiding underneath the surface now gets to be revealed to you, and whichever dreams or visions have you being especially delusional get to be brought down to earth.  This gives you a chance to face and deal with these revelations for yourself first so you can reveal these truths to others later.

Grand trines are very fortunate configurations, and ultimately bring forth positive and healing outcomes.  But for some of you who may be deeply emotionally attached to your veils, secrets, and delusional beliefs, this may be more a gentle wake-up call and a not-so-positive experience for you – at first.

What may prove challenging for you is that Sun in Cancer is likely to reveal the areas and aspects of your life that you give a great deal of nurturing and protective energy to.  Though we all like to think that we are nurturing people, relationships, beliefs, behaviors, and/or things that support and encourage us to fulfill intentions and achieve goals, some of what you may care for and protect may not be serving you well any longer if it ever did in the first place.  There may prove to be some painful truths revealed to us by Sun in Cancer that is magnified in the power of this Water Grand Trine.

Even though it may not feel good at first, it would be very wise to take heed and start taking care of your emotional matters now.  The first week of July may prove very challenging if you believe that you can move forward without having to give up or transform any of your old emotionally protective ways.

In resisting the call of the Sun-Saturn-Neptune Water Grand Trine to face and deal, the upcoming Venus-Saturn square and especially Saturn returning to direct motion may prove very enlightening in ways that may force you from the outside in to face the emotional demons you’ve been hiding and to begin the emotional releasing and healing work you’ve been avoiding.

This Sun-Saturn-Neptune Water Grand Trine announces that it’s time to take off your rose-colored glasses and deal with yourself and the emotional truth of your life so you can have the life you want – you can choose to take them off, or you can have them taken off for you.  The choice is yours.

Mars in Gemini square Neptune Retrograde in Pisces – Take Action and Enjoy the Ride

This is a big one, as Mars in Gemini – acting upon your thoughts and ideas – came into square transit with Neptune Retrograde in Pisces – your ideals, visions, and dreams exact at 4:57p PDT yesterday, June 7th, 2013, calling upon you to recognize how taking actions upon your ideas may be challenged by how you envision the matter you are taking action for coming about in your life.

From roughly Wednesday, June 5th though Monday, June 10th, you may notice that  a few things may be happening in your life that are challenging you to let go of what you believe should be happening in certain areas of your life.  These happenings may be minor or major, depending on how the transit affects your personal chart.

Nevertheless, you may realize that you are taking actions expecting things to go a certain way, only to realize that it’s not going to happen the way you wanted.

When you act solely upon your vision rather than allowing your vision to simply inspire you, you may miss out on what actually comes into your life to help you manifest your vision.  This is because you may have become so invested in the process looking a specific way that you don’t notice the opportunities that open up for you to get you where you want to go.

It’s like looking at a closed door so intently out of belief that it is the door you must go through to have what you want, only that you don’t notice that two other doors opened up in the same room that allow you to walk through to your ultimate desired destination.

This square transit of Mars and Neptune Retrograde will challenge you to notice if you are looking at the closed door, or if you are aware of the others opening.  It may also challenge you to ask yourself if you do notice the open doors, why are you so determined to open the one that is closed?

Taking action is one thing, but taking action on an opportunity that is not available is another.  If you’ve knocked a few times and you’re made no progress, maybe looking for another way to get where you want to go isn’t such a bad idea.  However, it may occur to you as bad if you are attached to the process looking a particular way.

Instead of waiting for the door on the left to open and allow you to go to where you want to go because you believe it should be the door on the left, notice that a door on your right that is open has a sign over it that says “the way to your dream”.  Understand that it really doesn’t matter if the door is on the left or the right – if you know in your heart that it’s the door that gets you there, walk through it!  Take action on the opportunity or the ideas that are coming to you or that are already available to you NOW!

Stop waiting for the door you think should be open, or the offer that should be coming to you, or the phone call, text, or e-mail message that you think you deserve to receive, or…well, any of that!  If you’ve been waiting and if it hasn’t happened the way you think it should, it’s probably time to look somewhere else for what you want.

Also recognize what is fact and what is fantasy.  Mars in Gemini will encourage you to act upon your logic, while Neptune in Pisces, even while retrograde, may encourage you to follow a fantasy that may be extremely unrealistic.  (In other words, Brad Pitt is not going to leave Angelina Jolie and their brood of children for you.  Sorry.)

I am not saying give up on your dream.  I am saying give up when you think it should happen, where it should happen, how it should look while it happens, why it should be happening, and/or who it should be.  Let go of those details and trust the process.

By allowing the Universe to answer your prayers exactly how you’ve asked for them to show up in it its own way, you may get what your heart truly desires in the end.  Remember – the outcome is what matters.  The journey is what happens so that you will appreciate that outcome.

Mars in Gemini square Neptune Retrograde in Pisces  encourages you to take action on the opportunities available to you now, then let go of the wheel and let the Universe drive.  You may be surprised how easily things come about once you give up control of every little detail by paying attention to what opens up around you, and trusting you are being given access to or opportunities to receive everything you need to get you exactly where you want to go.

So. take actions and enjoy the ride.

New Moon in Pisces – The Call of The “Seven Seas”

The Sun, Mercury Venus, Mars, Chiron, and Neptune, and exact as of 12:51p PDT, the New Moon are all in Pisces right now – SEVEN astrological bodies in the sign!  Under “normal” circumstances, New Moons are wonderful times to start new things.  However, under this abnormally large profusion of Pisces’ dreamy, idealistic, and emotional energy, this is a very fluid and frankly unstable foundation for any new endeavors.  So if you’re looking to build something solid, this is probably not a good time.  However, if you want to launch a boat that can easily go with the flow out on these “seven seas” of Pisces, now’s the time.  Almost.

With Mercury is still retrograde, you may wait until after March 17th to actually take actions to start any truly new adventures.  Until that time, you can harness the energy of the New Moon in Pisces by clarifying your inspired vision as best you can.

I say as best you can because Pisces is so ethereal and dreamy, there isn’t anything tangible to act on.  We are each and all being called upon to reconnect with our dreams, our feelings, our intuitions, and our subconscious.

You are experiencing this emotional-spiritual call in your own unique way right now, and this call to action may not look like anything you’ve ever considered before.  In fact, because you’re likely being called from within to serve others in loving and compassionate ways, what you are inspired to begin may seem very uncomfortable for you.

This discomfort is especially possible if you’ve always been one to focus on the material, financial, or physical aspects of matters or if you’ve been inclined to use your logic and intellect to think things through.  Just so you know, there is NOTHING logical, intellectual, material, financial, or physical about what you are being called into right now, so this may be a very tentative step into the unknown for you.

Under this New Moon in Pisces, you are now being asked to embark a journey to follow your heart’s truth.  This could be a very emotional time, as the Moon is representative of our emotions and moods, and the New Moon in the dreamy Pisces is only going to move us into the hidden or unknown of our emotional consciousness.  There are dreams and visions and our feelings about them that may come to Light now – things that we didn’t ever really want to face and deal with or that we never even realized we may need to face and deal with until now.  Yet as we are met with the power of the New Moon in Pisces, now’s the time for us to face them…if we choose to.

In making the choice to face and embrace your dreams, you also make a choice to step into the uncharted waters of yourself and your experience of life.  This choice to move into the unknown can seem rather daunting.  So it is important for you to remember that you are never alone as you move forward in this Piscean adventure, yet your dreams and visions are indeed yours alone.  No one else can see the world the way you do, and no one else can make the contribution to All-That-Is that you uniquely can.  YOU are uniquely important to ALL as well as part of the collective Oneness.

You’re also being asked to let go of defining yourself by the money, the stuff, the intellect, the logic, and the status (or the lack thereof) that you may have allowed to define you for so long.  This is not to say that financial, material, or physical resources have no importance in life, because they do.  It’s also not to say that intellect and logic have no value in life, because they do as well.  Yet it is to say that those elements do not define you by your possession of them alone.  It is what you choose to do with those resources and abilities and/or how they free you up to be who you get to be and what you get to do in this world in loving service to others.

That said, it is also important that as much as you may want to go out giving everything you’ve got in selfless, compassionate, and loving service to others, you do need to make sure you hold onto enough for you to create and sustain your desired lifestyle for yourself and your loved ones to live in wellness and good health.  Yes, you are being asked to leave the shore of tangible experience and mental process to embark on this emotional-spiritual journey of Pisces, but you still need to survive in this world!  You need to have enough shelter, food, and fresh water to nurture and sustain you, so don’t give it all away!!!  Without you, others cannot be served by you!  YOU are the most important person in the chain of Universal service, for if the unique expression of love you have to give doesn’t come from you, no one else can give it.

This New Moon in Pisces is the long-awaited catalyst for this amazing abundance of Pisces energy that has been building to come to a head.  When Mars moves into Aries tonight, you may find yourself ready to set sail into the unknown future and into a new experience of yourself and our life.  And once Mercury goes direct in Pisces on Sunday the 17th, you may embark on an adventure that could change your life and the lives of others.  It’s up to you to choose your own “seven seas” adventure today with the New Moon in Pisces here to greet you and start you on your way.

Venus conjunct Neptune in Pisces – A Transit of Two Expressions

Venus conjuncts Neptune in the sign of Pisces today at 5:37a PST.  Neptune is in its native sign in Pisces, which makes it especially comfortable in this realm of dreams, fantasies, idealism, and imagination.  Venus, the ruler of Libra, is surprisingly uncomfortable in Pisces as its natural objectivity is challenged or compromised here.  Nevertheless, Venus becomes more emotionally sensitive and intuitive here, and the balance within partnerships and relationships of all kinds are affected.

This transit of Venus conjunct Neptune in Pisces is remarkable because it really has a dual purpose.  It brings forth the two main expressions of Pisces’ ethereal energy, and its effects on your life really depend on how you choose use this energy or allow yourself to be affected by it.

For artistic and creative types, this transit is fabulousVenus also represents aesthetic beauty, and Neptune is all about imagination and inspired vision.  Together in the sign of Pisces, some very beautiful and inspirational results can be produced…or at least conceptualized during this transit.  If you’ve been struggling with a creative or artistic project, this Venus-Neptune conjunction may give you the inspiration you need to get out of your rut.

But for people in one-on-one relationships – especially those of a romantic nature –this transit can be deception is in full bloom.  This Venus-Neptune conjunction in Pisces is the ultimate “rose-colored glasses” effect, and your desire for your dreams or fantasies to be come true may often gloss over the realities of the union.  If you’re looking to ignore or avoid the challenges of your relationships, this is the transit for you!  And if you’re already inclined to think the best of your partners, then this is going to allow them to really move some things right past you.  (Then again, if you’re the craftier one of the pair of you, you may find you’re able to get a whole lot past your partner during this time.)

Of course, just because you’re able to get things past each other doesn’t mean that you’ll get away with them.  That’s the problem with this Venus-Neptune conjunction in Pisces – once the glasses come off, the harsh and sometimes painful truths eventually become clear.  With Venus in Pisces until March 21st, it may not reveal itself right away.  But once we get a good deal of earth and/or air energy moving through the cosmos, things will probably start coming to the surface if not suddenly right out in the open. Then you’ll have to deal with your secret(s) coming out.

There’s also a downside for the artistic-creative and spiritual-intuitive types as well.  You may have amazing visionary ideas during this time.  However, once you have the ideas you also need to apply the energy and effort to make those ideas come to life.  This is where things can be challenging for those who don’t give much importance to the physical, financial, or material world outside of their creative mediums.  They can come up with the ideas, but don’t always have the faculty in “real world” terms or systems.

This is where the other component of Venus comes into play – partnership.  And this is where the two sides of this transit of Venus conjunct Neptune in Pisces come together.

Partnership is crucial to getting things done.  Nothing gets done completely alone.  That said, those who cannot (or don’t want to) do need to find someone who can and will, and under this influence this can be a problem.  The person who seems like the perfect partner may not actually be…and the person who is the perfect partner may not seem to meet your ideal so you may not consider them.

It is important during this time of Venus-Neptune conjunction in Pisces to not buy into appearances, but rather, to invest in actualities.  Relationships and partners will not be what they seem to be – for better and for worse.  So here’s some tips:

  • Be as completely open and honest as you can in your dealings.
  • And though it will be tempting, do your best not to hide anything from others or from yourself during this time.
  • Be bold in asking any questions that may come up for you – don’t be afraid to ask for what you need to know.
  • Gauge your relationship choices carefully and assess your options with as much emotional detachment as you can muster.
  • And if you’re really gun-shy right now, you may want to wait until late March to make any final choices.

Thanks for reading and sharing.  Until next post…

Mercury Retrograde in Pisces – Oldies But Goodies

The words “Mercury Retrograde” often put fear and panic into the minds of anyone who knows a bit more about astrology than their Sun sign.  And as a Mercury Retrograde realist who doesn’t always jump on the panic bandwagon, with this particular Mercury Retrograde cycle, I’m willing to drive the wagon for this one.

Mercury went into retrograde in Pisces  at 1:42p PST today, and this Mercury Retrograde cycle may be the loopiest one we’ve had in a long time.

Let’s start with the fact that Mercury is already at a disadvantage in the sign of Pisces.  With Pisces being dreamy, ethereal, and sometimes delusional, it’s not the most stable sign for our collective thoughts and ideas to be traveling through. Idealistic and imaginative, we can get lost in daydreams and fantasies rather than focusing on practical reality.

The danger with this particular Mercury Retrograde in Pisces is that there are 4 other planetary bodies in Pisces along with it – the Sun, Mars, Chiron, and the sign’s ruler, Neptune, are all traveling through “the ethereal woo”, and Mercury Retrograde will conjunct every single one of them as it moves from 18° back to 5° Pisces. It’s not the easiest time to get something tangible or practical done, which is why this cycle may prove to be a doosy.

Most of us may have already been experiencing some very bizarre occurrences in this Piscean fog, especially involving electronic devices and communications.  Incorrect information is shared.  There may have been the overlooking of one or more crucial details in a project or report.  Some of us have noticed a few more absent-minded drivers on the road as we drive around (and in some cases, those drivers may be us!).  We may find it difficult to concentrate or to focus on the matters at hand, being easily distracted by our emotions or feelings or by our questions about our spirituality and/or Universal Truths.  As Mercury goes retrograde, these events are likely to increase and intensify as the focus of these rather elusive energies shift to an inward focus.

With Mercury in retrograde motion, we begin looking at our own ways of communicating and expressing our inner truths, then asking ourselves what we really want our lives to be about.  We may find ourselves open or even eager to explore our subconscious minds to find answers.  Some of us may even begin delving (if we haven’t already) into our intuition and psychic abilities as our investigation methods of choice.

What we really want our lives to be about is extremely important right now because one thing I‘ve noticed over the week or two is an emerging abundance of people saying, ”I don’t have a vision yet” or  “I don’t know what I want to do” or “I don’t know how to do that” and the like.  The common thread I recognized is a focus on dreams, visions, and a desire to find their life purpose and honor their call to loving service.  It helped me realize what is being asked of us as we move through this time and into this Mercury Retrograde in Pisces.

Mercury in Pisces, at its best, can bring amazing inspiration for creative and artistic visions and ideas.  Pisces gives our mental-intellectual Mercury energy license to roam freely around Neverland, Wonderland, Oz, and places like that.  Those crazy ideas we brainstorm may be just the ideas we are looking for to inspire us into a new vision for our lives now and forward.

The fact that Mercury is retrograde means it also brings us a “do-over” energy – giving us a chance to revisit moments in our lives, possibly saying or doing something that we missed an opportunity to say or do, or giving us a chance to say or do something again differently.  Maybe we get to say what we wanted to say the first time but didn’t have the courage to speak up about or the creativity to think of at the time.  When I consider “do-over” and factor in the statements people are making about “not knowing”, I realize that this Mercury Retrograde in Pisces has a two-fold purpose:

1)       It is an opportunity for us to allow our intuitions and psychic abilities to come forth and guide us into our Divine life purposes. And yes – to all of you skeptics, I typed “psychic”.

2)       It is an opportunity for us to revisit our old ideas, visions, and dreams.  Yes, those dreams that you tossed aside, believing that their time had passed and that you’d never get that chance again or never really get that off the ground, etc.  Guess what?  Now just may be their time to shine.

If you’ve pushed aside or long denied your intuitive or psychic gifts and find that you are getting a lot of repetitious messages (such as hearing the same songs over and over again in different places, or seeing the same signs or numbers or such again and again), you may want to consider that the Universe is trying to tell you something:  STOP AVOIDING OR DENYING and PAY ATTENTION!

Also, if someone or something is on your mind and won’t seem to go away (especially if it’s from your past), it’s something you need to address.  Ask yourself why you’re thinking about that person or experience now– ask why it is coming up for you.  Chances are, there’s something that memory that can offer you, possibly some clarity and direction in regard to “what to do” now.  Chances are that your past dreams, ideals, and visions may hold a key to your present and your future.

Some of you may be quick to say that there’s no good in looking back at the past – it’s old, it’s done and gone, time to move on.  But if you’ve been finding yourself really thinking about something that happened before, ask yourself what there is to see there.  What you can learn from that experience that you weren’t open to learning then…or maybe that you didn’t even think to see then?  You may not have been willing or ready to see it then and only now, after the experiences you have had since that time, are you able to recognize the treasure that experience has for you.

So embrace the weird, wild and wacky abundance of Pisces energy available to us now, and especially embrace this Mercury Retrograde in Pisces.  Your past may be the one stable thing you’ve got for a few weeks – enjoy the blessings it has to give you, your present, and your future during this time.  You may find that the “oldies” prove to be goodies in the midst of it all.

Mercury in Pisces goes back into direct motion on March 17th, 2013.

Mars in Sagittarius – Actions of Wisdom and Truth

At 8:21p PDT on Saturday, October 6th, 2012, Mars moves into Sagittarius to complete a flurry of planetary sign change in the last 48 hours.

Mars has been in Scorpio, lending a rather extreme energy to our actions.  You may have found that your actions and the actions of others have had an all-or-nothing quality about them, producing some extreme and life-altering results in the last few weeks (since August 23rd).  Much has happened, and now with Mars moving into the adventurous and open-minded Sagittarius, we are encouraged to seize the opportunity to take actions to move onward through the after-effects with a positive and hopeful attitude.

Sagittarius is an optimistic energy, which will be desperately needed at this time.  Having Mars in this sign will influence our actions by encouraging us to take actions that move us into positive and growth-inducing learning experiences.  Sagittarius, more than any other sign, learns from first-hand experience – it wants and needs to have the experience itself so it can share and/or teach the wisdom of its experiences with others.

Wisdom is one of the most important parts of this 2012 Mars in Sagittarius cycle.  The actions you take now will likely be the product of the wisdom of your experiences before now.  This is a chance for you to take the most positive lessons from your past and apply them to your life in the present moment.

The other important element is truth.  Truth and the search for it is the ultimate goal of Sagittarius.  There is plenty to discover and learn along the way, but when it’s all said and done, Sag wants to be able to get to the bottom of things and know that its journey has uncovered or connected assorted events to a bigger Universal truth.  This is important to note because the actions you take under Mars in Sagittarius’ influence will not only be about the wisdom of your experiences – they will also be about getting to and sharing the truth of those experiences.

That said, in this 2012 Mars in Sagittarius cycle, there will be a great deal of truth revealed in your actions and in the actions of others.  The truths revealed could very well include your deepest and most emotionally-intimate thoughts (Mercury in Scorpio); the real reality of the nature and purpose of your one-on-one relationships and partnerships (Venus in Virgo); and what you really believe yourself to be capable and worthy of achieving and/or accomplishing in your life, and how you feel about yourself and your life as it stands now in the face of those beliefs (mutual reception of Saturn in Scorpio and Pluto in Capricorn).

You will be undergoing this process…and so will others.  Mars in Sagittarius provides each and all of us the opportunity to learn the truth about ourselves and each other through our actions.  Especially while the Sun in still in Libra until October 22nd, we will be able to assess whether or not the relationships in our lives support or detract from our lives.  Some (if not all) of what we keep most hidden and most secret about our relationships has the potential of being revealed at this time.  And as the Sun moves into Scorpio, those relationship revelations will in turn reveal some (if not all) of what we keep most hidden and secret about individual ourselves to others.

Keep in mind, however, that if your secrets are indeed revealed through your actions, it is only because there is a bigger purpose for that revelation to occur when it does.  Trust that whatever is revealed is somehow exactly what needs to be revealed in order for the transformation of yourself or your life to occur…so that your chosen goals and ambitions can be realized.

This is, again, where those goals I’ve been talking about for months now come into play.  If you have set clearly-defined goals or a clear vision for yourself about the life you are creating, then the truths that will be revealed will reflect what changes are (and aren’t) occurring in and around your life for those goals to be realized.  However, if you have not set clearly defined goals for yourself, you may find that the truth of your indecision will be revealed as well.   Without a clear direction, these next few weeks and possibly the remainder of this year may be quite difficult for you to navigate.

Mars leaves Sagittarius and enters Capricorn on November 16th, 2012 to begin bringing forth tangible results out of our truth-revealing actions.

Until then, make the most of this Mars in Sagittarius cycle by doing your best to enjoy the adventures and revelations that come into your life, and the wisdom and truth that come out of them for your benefit now and forward.
