The Juno Transits of September 2014 – Water Flowing, Steam Rising, Dust Settling

Let’s talk about Juno.

Juno is scientifically classified as S-type asteroid – an asteroid/minor planet which makes its orbit of the Sun in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter.  In astrology, it does not have a direct Zodiac sign association.  While many astrologers refer to Juno as an indicator of marriage and relationship commitment, through my work with my clients I have found that Juno represents commitments of all kinds, including but not exclusive to marriage.

To that point, Juno is currently traveling through the sign of CancerCancer is the “Mommy“ sign of the Zodiac – nurturing, caring for, and protection of loved ones, private &/or personal emotional investments, and home.  Therefore, Juno in Cancer is committed to nurturing and protecting the people and things that it is emotionally invested in.  Under this influence, you may find yourself protecting and guarding your emotional connections with a bit more fervor than usual. Full Moon-Penumbral Eclipse in Aries – Choosing You

You know the saying – to know who you are, look at the five people you spend the most time with.  They will be a reflection of you.

During this Full Moon in Aries as in every Full Moon in Aries opposite the Libra Sun, you will have a prime opportunity to look at the closest relationships you have, and to see who you are through them.  However, this is a more profound occasion than usual due the fact that this 2013 Aries Full Moon is accompanied by Penumbral Eclipse.  The eclipse intensifies and prolongs the effect this dynamic.  What happens during this Full Moon phase (exact at 4:38p PDT today, October 18th, 2013) will have an effect on you for a long time after these few days of the actual full phase.

That said, the big questions at hand during this Full Moon-Eclipse in Aries are:

  • When you are with the people you spend the most time with, are you really being your true self, or are you pretending to be someone you’re not just to fit in?
  • Are you ready to take action and make the changes you need to make in your relationships or are you ready to allow much-needed changes to occur in your life, knowing they will be lasting if not permanent changes?

These questions are important because many of the astrological dynamics happening right now (Pluto in Capricorn, Neptune Retrograde in Pisces, Uranus Retrograde in Aries, Saturn in Scorpio, Chiron Retrograde in Pisces, etc.) have been and continue to encourage or force us to get real with ourselves collectively and individually.  Over the course of this year to date, we have been asked to face our illusions and delusions about ourselves and our life circumstances in order to make necessary changes to align with our respective life purposes.

As we each step fully into our individual life purposes, our collective human purpose emerges.  Yet for the collective dynamic to emerge, we must make the changes on an individual level first.  For some of us, the changes have been minor.  For some of us, the changes have been life-altering.

This Full Moon-Eclipse in Aries helps you to not only see the changes you’ve made, but to also see more changes that you may still need to make and asks you whether or not you will actually make them.  After all, Aries is the sign of initiative and action – it’s all about you first and foremost.  This is the time for you to ask yourself two questions: “What have I done for me lately?”, and “What do I still need to do?”  It is also the time to answer the latter question by actually doing what you need or want to do.  This is your chance to take the initiative in make changes happen in and for your life.

If anything has been made clear this year, it is that there is no façade that can hide your true self forever.  Eventually, your true colors will come out of the shadows.  No matter how much you may pretend to be that soft blue silk shirt, if you’re really an itchy red wool turtleneck, the people closest to you will eventually get to know your truth.  This is the chronic plague some of us have regarding relationships – we pretend to be someone we aren’t in order to attract people into our lives or to belong or fit into communities, only to reveal our true natures – or in our partner’s/collaborators’ eyes, only to change completely – once we secure their places and roles in our lives.  It’s a recipe for frustration, disappointment, and unhappiness all around.

The beauty of this particular Full Moon-Eclipse in Aries is that you can clearly see where and how you are pretending to be someone you truly aren’t in your relationships, and then take the steps to step out of your darkness, remove your façades, and free yourself from the oppressive relationships you may have with others and yourself.  You have more power than usual now to reclaim your life and set yourself free to be the person you truly are from the inside out…if you choose to.

And that’s the biggest question of all:  Will you choose to get real with yourself then others in your life as result of claiming and taking actions in alignment with your inner truth?  Will you choose to be who you really and truly are?

Will you choose you – the real and true you?

It’s up to you.

Pluto in Capricorn Direct – Living and Being The Change

As of 8:29a this morning, September 20th, Pluto in Capricorn has shifted out of retrograde back into direct motion, getting itself out of the depths of our inner workings.  However, in doing so, Pluto also shifts our attention back to what needs to be transformed in our lives around us to support the inner transformation that has just occurred and continues to occur within us.

Pluto in Capricorn is the stuff that changes the world.  The “great transformer” is literally destroying and reshaping institutions and organizations that have been “in command” for years, decades, and in some cases even centuries to date.  The old ways are being eliminated, and if you think anything in your life must endure, you may find that is exactly what Pluto in Capricorn will destroy.

This is an especially challenging influence for those of us who have been conditioned to believe certain “truths” about “how the world works”, or what you do/don’t have say in the matters of, or who has authority over you, or what you have the power to change.  Many of us have given our minds, our actions, our choices, and ultimately ourselves up to others to such a large degree, we have essentially forgotten our own individual power.  We have conditioned ourselves to be almost completely unable to choose for ourselves, think for ourselves, do anything for ourselves without someone else’s approval, permission, or validation.

We have taken the unique expressions of power The Universe has given each of us, and given them away… to each other.

Pluto in Capricorn is asking us to transform the way we perceive power and influence.  It is asking us to change how we perceive success and status.  It’s asking us to change how we perceive ourselves in matters of personal power and influence.

And in doing so, it is asking us to change the world.

Despite appearances to the contrary, the human ego pride-driven world isn’t working for us.  Universal Truth does, yet, this world has gotten so far removed from Universal Truth in so many ways that Pluto in Capricorn is a welcome influence in helping us reboot.  As I mentioned in a previous post, Pluto in Capricorn last occurred in the mid-late 18th century, assisting in the American and French Revolutions and the zenith of the Ottoman Empire.   The world as it was known profoundly transformed, never to go back to how it was before.  This influence is back again to help us alter the world as we’ve known it the last 200 or so years, and Pluto in Capricorn is determined NOT to leave it the world the way it found it.

While Pluto was retrograde, it has had us look within ourselves at how we collapsed ego and power and control.  It had us look at the places in our lives where we have given away our personal power, the ways in which we give it away, and how we might reclaim it from everyone and everything we have given it away to.

Now as it goes back into direct motion, Pluto in Capricorn challenges us to look at the world around us to notice where the status quo of the world no longer aligns with our inner truths.  We are now being asked to change the world around us so it aligns with what is inside us – to support our individual expressions.

However, many of us are frustrated and impatient right now because we cannot look to others to tell us how to do this.  Each and all of us are going through an individual experience of this, and as result, we are having to create our own definitions for success and status, power and influence, and authority and control.  Yet those of us who are dependent on others’ approval and validation ,or those of us who depend on having control or say over others or allowing others to have control or say over us are freaking out right now…because no one else can tell us who or how we’re supposed to be!  There are no external definitions!  There is no external validation!  There is no measure outside of ourselves to tell us when we’ve “made it”!  Yet there seems to be plenty out there that tells us when and how we haven’t.  Why?

Though we seem to travel alone in our experiences, we have forgotten that we have our individual truths and our individual voices.  We can have our individual experiences, and then we can share about them with other individuals.  In sharing, we may find others who are having similar experiences and who are thinking similar thoughts.  Yet it is only through reclaiming our independence and autonomy and expressing it that we can find our interdependence and collaborative Oneness.  It is only through standing up for our individual selves and the inner truths that distinguish us from each other; and communicating those truths through our actions and then our words that we can find those who resonate with us to find or create new communities.  Only then can we find others to collaborate with to revolutionize the world we live in today to create the world we live in tomorrow.

Yet even though it may start with you, this is not about changing the world in alignment with your individual personal agenda as much as it is about changing the world so it best serves ALL of us!  This is big-picture change – collective transformation.  This is governments, businesses/corporations, institutions, religions, environment, health – this is EVERYTHING!  How do these all intertwine?  How do these all affect each of us and therefore all of us?

You can use your own life to see how things are changing for you.  Yet you also need to see how they are changing for all of us.  It’s really not only about you!

Therefore, if you are having great difficulty in sharing your experiences with others and finding others to effectively collaborate with, there’s a good chance that you aren’t being true to yourself and your unique voice in some way.  Contributions are not contributions when they come with ego-driven strings or agendas attached.  We are in a time where when speaking your Truth with your unique voice without expectation of return is what is heard and received by others.  When you are speaking “truth” to meet your false standards and expectations, others will likely reject your sharing and “contributions”.

Pay attention to what is happening in the world around you to understand what is happening to you right now.  Recognize what rings true to you and what does not in this context.  Notice that the changes are much bigger than you alone, yet remember that you have your expression of Truth to earnestly contribute the big picture.  YOUR VOICE DOES HAVE POWER…as long as it is your unique voice.  Trying to be like other people, trying to please and get the approval of other people, trying to impress other people or belong with others – it won’t do you any good right now.  It won’t serve others well, and most importantly, it won’t serve you well.

You’ll find your place in the newly-emerging world by being and communicating your unique self.  So allow Pluto in Capricorn to work its magic.  Live your inner Truth.  Share your unique voice.  Be yourself.  Be and live your power.

As Marianne Williamson famously wrote, “be the change you wish to see in the world”.

It starts with you.

Mars Enters Gemini – “Speaking” On Behalf of Your Inner Truth

Mercury moved into Cancer only about 3.5 hours before Mars moved into Gemini this morning, May 31st @ 3:39a PDT.  Even though Mercury itself is no longer in the sign, with Sun, Venus, Jupiter, and now Mars in the air sign of Gemini, you are still dealing with the information and communications you exchange with others.  Only now, with Mars in Gemini, you get to look at how your actions speak on behalf of the truth you are living from within.

You may think you are thinking and feeling a certain way about things.  You may write or say the words to people, or you may think you are thinking thoughts that are supportive of the ideas you are creating.  Yet your actions will always reflect what you really think, feel, or believe.  Your actions will always reflect the truth within your heart.

Therefore, this Mars in Gemini phase is a time for you to have your actions back up your thoughts and words.  By taking heed of what you are communicating to others and consciously acting upon those words (a.k.a. – following through on your word or practicing what you preach), you are able to give yourself and your ideas credibility.

Another special aspect of this 2013 Mars in Gemini phase is that this an opportunity for you to be aware of what your actions may be telling others, but even more importantly, to pay attention to what your actions tell you about yourselfGemini, being a sign of duality, is very adept in playing both sides of a situation or showing only one of its two faces to the world.  This may be a wonderful opportunity for you to unify the dual aspects of your self-expression, or rather, get your outer truth aligned with your inner truth (or vice-versa) so you can have your actions actually working for the manifestation of your ideas and goals rather than against them.

Also notice how you may act a certain way in one environment while acting differently in another.  In which environment are you being the truest expression of yourself?  Which environment supports you in being all that you really are or really and honestly strive to be in your life?

This Mars in Gemini phase can be a very powerful time for you.  Explore and observe your actions and the actions of those around you, and notice how they may give you the information you need to move forward and upward in your life’s journey.

Mercury Retrograde conjunct Mars in Pisces – Delusions on Display

Adding to an already busy week astrology-speaking, we now have Mercury Retrograde beginning its contact with its cohorts in the sign of Pisces.

Up first – the planet of initiation and action, MarsMars is associated with the traditional male archetype – assertive if not aggressive, competitive, leads through action, and strives to be the first one to do pretty much anything it decides it wants to do.  Mars can be impulsive and reactive, but also powerful and strong.  It is the ruling planet of the sign of Aries.

As Mercury Retrograde conjuncted Mars much earlier this morning at 1:09a PST, it opened up an energy of personal revelation by awakening us to aspects of our inner delusions that may be on display through our own actions in our everyday lives.

As humans, we never do anything that is not in our self-interest to some degree.  In metaphysics and spirituality, we often idealize the denial or demise of the ego.  We idolize those who are constantly in selfless service to others and who practice unconditional love, and celebrate those who put others before themselves, and we make ourselves feel bad or guilty when we don’t live up to everyone else’s expectations or up to our own ideals of Love or service.

Yet it is the ego that makes us human.  Without it, there is no reason for us to exist in human form.  It is our ego that helps us learn the lessons we need to learn for our souls to evolve and adapt a consistent practice of the ideals we hold about loving service.

Unconditional love and selfless service are not in alignment with human nature, which is why this transit of Mercury Retrograde conjunct Mars in Pisces is so fabulous.  It helps us remember the humanity of our efforts to be “perfect”.

Our actions always reveal our deepest inner truth.  Always.  There is never a time when our actions don’t reveal what we are really thinking or feeling deep inside.  That said, we reveal ourselves to others through our actions or our lack thereof.

That said, every one of us is one of “those people” in some way:

  • The person who is “happily married” , yet gets caught acting on their addiction to sex and pornography.
  • The person who speaks in terms of unconditional love and selfless service, yet uses their gifts, skills, and abilities to manipulate others for their personal gain
  • The person who says they want to lose weight, yet is found binge eating in their car in an empty parking lot so no one will see them sabotaging themselves.
  • The person who says they are building their empire, while they spend all the money they don’t have getting involved in yet another “get-rich-quick” scheme trying to get what they want without having to work for it.
  • And many, many more…

Judgment of others is an exercise in futility not because there’s too much to judge, but because it would be hypocrisy at its finest.  Each of us has our own denial or delusion hiding in our closet.  Mercury Retrograde conjunct Mars in Pisces can help us see how we may be exposing it to everyone we think we’re hiding it from.

I’d like to share a bit about my own spiritual journey in the hopes of bringing this dynamic to Light.

I have been invited to many events over the last few weeks, many of them last-minute invites, and some of them on days where more than one thing is already on the books.  It’s been tempting for me to try and do everything, and I’m excited that the “conscious community” I was committed to creating and being part of is coming to fruition in my life and eager to include me…and I am also a bit overwhelmed by the flood of new people and new energies coming into my life.

That said, it was upon waking this morning that I noticed how dishonest I’ve been being in my life recently.  As I go around spouting my mission of truth, honesty, and openness, I realized that am lying to others and myself about living that mission in all areas and aspects of my life.

It was a very rude awakening, to say the least.

Instead of speaking my truth fully in order to honor my well-being by telling others that I need time alone or that I want to do other things in order to process the recent steps of my journey, I find that I’m saying “yes” – telling people that I’ll be participating or being in attendance for their events only to find myself not doing what I need to do to follow through for them.  As result, I’m leaving others feeling and believing that I cannot be counted on.  And to those who are able to read energy consciously and clearly, I am also exposing my inner conflict and revealing my fear of being manipulated or taken advantage of by others, even by those with genuine and honest love for me who have no other intention but to share their Love and Light with me.

So, this is what I now know I get to work on and clean up in my own life – the dialogue between my heart, my mind, and my connection with Source to practice what I preach about living by truth, honesty, and openness…and this revelation was brought to me today by the influence of Mercury Retrograde conjunct Mars in Pisces.

What is your revelation of this day?  What have you been exposing yourself for, and how does becoming conscious of that exposure help you evolve?  Post your comments below, or on the Life By Soul Facebook or G+ pages.  I’d love to hear how this day’s transit made a difference for you.

Thank you for reading and sharing,  Until next post…

Mercury Retrograde in Pisces – Oldies But Goodies

The words “Mercury Retrograde” often put fear and panic into the minds of anyone who knows a bit more about astrology than their Sun sign.  And as a Mercury Retrograde realist who doesn’t always jump on the panic bandwagon, with this particular Mercury Retrograde cycle, I’m willing to drive the wagon for this one.

Mercury went into retrograde in Pisces  at 1:42p PST today, and this Mercury Retrograde cycle may be the loopiest one we’ve had in a long time.

Let’s start with the fact that Mercury is already at a disadvantage in the sign of Pisces.  With Pisces being dreamy, ethereal, and sometimes delusional, it’s not the most stable sign for our collective thoughts and ideas to be traveling through. Idealistic and imaginative, we can get lost in daydreams and fantasies rather than focusing on practical reality.

The danger with this particular Mercury Retrograde in Pisces is that there are 4 other planetary bodies in Pisces along with it – the Sun, Mars, Chiron, and the sign’s ruler, Neptune, are all traveling through “the ethereal woo”, and Mercury Retrograde will conjunct every single one of them as it moves from 18° back to 5° Pisces. It’s not the easiest time to get something tangible or practical done, which is why this cycle may prove to be a doosy.

Most of us may have already been experiencing some very bizarre occurrences in this Piscean fog, especially involving electronic devices and communications.  Incorrect information is shared.  There may have been the overlooking of one or more crucial details in a project or report.  Some of us have noticed a few more absent-minded drivers on the road as we drive around (and in some cases, those drivers may be us!).  We may find it difficult to concentrate or to focus on the matters at hand, being easily distracted by our emotions or feelings or by our questions about our spirituality and/or Universal Truths.  As Mercury goes retrograde, these events are likely to increase and intensify as the focus of these rather elusive energies shift to an inward focus.

With Mercury in retrograde motion, we begin looking at our own ways of communicating and expressing our inner truths, then asking ourselves what we really want our lives to be about.  We may find ourselves open or even eager to explore our subconscious minds to find answers.  Some of us may even begin delving (if we haven’t already) into our intuition and psychic abilities as our investigation methods of choice.

What we really want our lives to be about is extremely important right now because one thing I‘ve noticed over the week or two is an emerging abundance of people saying, ”I don’t have a vision yet” or  “I don’t know what I want to do” or “I don’t know how to do that” and the like.  The common thread I recognized is a focus on dreams, visions, and a desire to find their life purpose and honor their call to loving service.  It helped me realize what is being asked of us as we move through this time and into this Mercury Retrograde in Pisces.

Mercury in Pisces, at its best, can bring amazing inspiration for creative and artistic visions and ideas.  Pisces gives our mental-intellectual Mercury energy license to roam freely around Neverland, Wonderland, Oz, and places like that.  Those crazy ideas we brainstorm may be just the ideas we are looking for to inspire us into a new vision for our lives now and forward.

The fact that Mercury is retrograde means it also brings us a “do-over” energy – giving us a chance to revisit moments in our lives, possibly saying or doing something that we missed an opportunity to say or do, or giving us a chance to say or do something again differently.  Maybe we get to say what we wanted to say the first time but didn’t have the courage to speak up about or the creativity to think of at the time.  When I consider “do-over” and factor in the statements people are making about “not knowing”, I realize that this Mercury Retrograde in Pisces has a two-fold purpose:

1)       It is an opportunity for us to allow our intuitions and psychic abilities to come forth and guide us into our Divine life purposes. And yes – to all of you skeptics, I typed “psychic”.

2)       It is an opportunity for us to revisit our old ideas, visions, and dreams.  Yes, those dreams that you tossed aside, believing that their time had passed and that you’d never get that chance again or never really get that off the ground, etc.  Guess what?  Now just may be their time to shine.

If you’ve pushed aside or long denied your intuitive or psychic gifts and find that you are getting a lot of repetitious messages (such as hearing the same songs over and over again in different places, or seeing the same signs or numbers or such again and again), you may want to consider that the Universe is trying to tell you something:  STOP AVOIDING OR DENYING and PAY ATTENTION!

Also, if someone or something is on your mind and won’t seem to go away (especially if it’s from your past), it’s something you need to address.  Ask yourself why you’re thinking about that person or experience now– ask why it is coming up for you.  Chances are, there’s something that memory that can offer you, possibly some clarity and direction in regard to “what to do” now.  Chances are that your past dreams, ideals, and visions may hold a key to your present and your future.

Some of you may be quick to say that there’s no good in looking back at the past – it’s old, it’s done and gone, time to move on.  But if you’ve been finding yourself really thinking about something that happened before, ask yourself what there is to see there.  What you can learn from that experience that you weren’t open to learning then…or maybe that you didn’t even think to see then?  You may not have been willing or ready to see it then and only now, after the experiences you have had since that time, are you able to recognize the treasure that experience has for you.

So embrace the weird, wild and wacky abundance of Pisces energy available to us now, and especially embrace this Mercury Retrograde in Pisces.  Your past may be the one stable thing you’ve got for a few weeks – enjoy the blessings it has to give you, your present, and your future during this time.  You may find that the “oldies” prove to be goodies in the midst of it all.

Mercury in Pisces goes back into direct motion on March 17th, 2013.

New Moon in Leo – You Shine It, You Own It

With the Sun in Leo these last few weeks, there has been a lot of focus on yourself and who you are choosing to be in and for the world, and who have around you who supports or detriments your ability to shine your unique expression of Light into the world.  The Sun, of course, is still in Leo for another few days, and Mercury is continuing its presence in the sign in direct motion for a couple more weeks.

So by now, you know you have an unique expression of Light inside you that is shining outwardly to the world, whether you are aware of it or not.  And unless you have chosen to hide out in a cave somewhere, with both Sun and Mercury in Leo right now, everyone sees what you have to offer from the inside out.

Now the Moon joins the Sun and Mercury in Leo, and the Moon conjuncts the Sun at 8:55a PDT on Friday, August 17th, 2012.  This conjunction is also known as New Moon in Leo.

The questions at hand are:

  • Do you see yourself completely?
  • Do you fully realize who you are and what you have to share with others?
  • And do you own your complete self-expression from the inside out?

With the New Moon in Leo, there is an opportunity to not only know your Light but to own your Light.  When I say ‘own’, I mean to claim it and be responsible and accountable for it from the inside out.  Owning the expression of Light you shine – owning your unique identity – means to be able to say “Yeah, this is me. What about it?”  to anyone who questions your outward self-expression.  It also means that you are willing to own up to who you are being in your life (for better and worse) because you feel the truth of your self-expression in and from your inner being.

This inward talk of feelings and emotions is heart language, and for those of you who aren’t comfortable with your emotions or with expressing your emotions, this may be a challenging time for you as you are being called upon to be aware of and own your inner feelings as much as you are being aware of and owning your outward expression at this time.  True ownership is being able to inwardly and outwardly express yourself.  Feeling a certain way on the inside and expressing yourself outwardly in alignment with that inner Truth is the ultimate of ownership for who you are being in and for the world.

As stated in the previous blog post and earlier in this one, with the Sun and Mercury both in Leo right now, who you truly are and how you truly feel is probably no secret…to you or anyone else.  Not much can be hidden in the glow of the Leo Sun, and especially with Mercury in Leo, it’s not as if people aren’t already seeing you or talking about what they see.  The question under this New Moon in Leo is whether or not you choose to take 100% ownership for who you are being in your outward expression.

If taking conscious ownership of your self-expression is a challenge for you, it may be because you are not outwardly expressing yourself in full alignment with your inner Truth.  You may find yourself saying things that defend or justify your actions and behaviors – things like, “That’s not really me” or “That’s not what I meant”.  Those types of statements are clues that your emotions and actions are not in alignment with each other, and there is something you get to examine about yourself as to why they aren’t reflecting the Truth of who you know yourself to be and what you meant to express.

New Moons are great times to start something new – it brings an emotional awareness of your self-expression energy, which allows for an emotional renewal of energy.  This Leo New Moon is a perfect opportunity to align how you choose to express yourself on the outside with who you really are on the inside.  It’s a chance to show the world your True colors and to feel comfortable and confident in revealing them to others.

It’s also a chance to remember – if you’re the one who put it out there, it’s yours.  You shine it, you own it.

Full Moon in Aquarius – See How You Are (Uniquely You)

The Moon goes into its Full phase in Aquarius this evening, August 1st 2012, at 8:28p.

With Full Moon in Aquarius, we are now given the opportunity to have the Light we shine out into the world reflected back to us.  We now get to see who we are for others in our lives, and we get to see and know what makes us original and unique and special among others and for/to others in the next 24-48 hours.

With the Sun in Leo since July 22nd, you may be clearly recognizing the people in your life who are (and aren’t) supporting and encouraging you in shining your unique and individual Light out into the world.  Now, with the Full Moon in Aquarius energy for about 36-48 hours, these same people are also letting you know who you are for them.  They may not be saying it outright, but it will be very apparent in how they act with you, toward you and around you.  Pay attention to others’ behaviors and communications with you to understand how your Light is being received by the groups, associations, and social circles you are involved with during this Full Moon phase.  This is a wonderful time to see how you are showing up in and for the world.

Aquarius is also known for being a rather rebellious sign.  “The Rebel” comes out when we either aren’t aware of how our uniqueness is already being expressed or because we feel trapped or held back in our unique expression.  During this Full Moon, be aware of your need to be acknowledged as special or original as an individual part of a greater whole…and be even more aware of how that desire is being expressed by you.

  • Are you becoming angry because you are not getting the acknowledgment you need or want?
  • Are you becoming withdrawn because you don’t feel special or acknowledged, hoping others will come find you?
  • Are you being dramatic or melodramatic to get attention or acknowledgment from others or to make yourself stand out from the group or others?

If you find yourself seeking more attention or acknowledgment for your individuality, remember that each one of us is wholly original.  We each bring something unique to the world.  There is no one else like you.  There is no one else like me.  Each of us has a being and a purpose in being here, now, wherever and however we are at this moment.

That said, if you find that you are feeling under-appreciated and are wanting others to shine their Light upon you, the best way to get the attention and acknowledgment you need is to be who you truly are and do what you are here to do in this very moment in time, no matter how significant or insignificant it may seem.  It is important to honor the Truth within you as you make choices in the day-to-day of your life to manifest the expression of your inner Light outwardly in your life.

As you do that, you may also find that you feel stronger, more confident and better about yourself, and your need for others to acknowledge or attend to you lessens because you are attending and acknowledging yourself and your personal truths.  When you honor the Light within you, you don’t need to seek it or get it from others – you find you have it in abundance within yourself.

During this Full Moon in Aquarius, do your best to express and celebrate what is uniquely you.  Shine your Light and see what comes back to you through others.

Until next post…
